The custom sublimated field hockey jersey design 1245 is one flat price that includes all decoration for numbers, letters, team name, logos, sponsors or any other artwork in any number of colors (player names are additional cost of $7.00). There are NO SET-UP CHARGES.

You choose the design colors in any combination. All decoration for numbers, lettering, logos, sponsors, etc. is dyed directly into the fabric and is guaranteed to never fade, crack, peel or otherwise deteriorate.

This jersey is available in multiple fabric options and this design can be made in your choice of short sleeve, sleeveless, racerback cut or cap sleeve. The price shown is for the style pictured in our Dry-Flex moisture-wicking performance fabric. Call for details.

Sizes: Adult XS-4XL; Youth S-XL

This is a custom made garment. Allow four to five weeks for production time. Minimum order quantity is 12 garments of the same color specifications.
